On that call your account manager will answer initial questions and draft your data conversion plan and training plan. This first call is to establish your desired timeline and then set events in place to meet that timeline.

The data we will discuss includes:

• • Customer company records
  • Manufacturers list
  • Past Sales history
  • Opportunities from a former CRM (if applicable)

 After the admin form is complete, look for an email that provides
instructions on how to extract your data from a former system if that applies.
In addition, you will get a link to a Sharepoint folder where your data can be
