Blog. If you post on our forum or blog your username and other information you include is displayed in your postings or comments, and is therefore available to the public. All of your activities in the public areas of the forum will be identifiable to your User ID, and other people can see your published content. Our blog commenting system may be managed by a third party application that may require you to register to post a comment. You will need to contact or login into the third party application if you want the personal information that was posted to the comments section removed. Repfabric strives to protect your personal information. Authentication

  • Repfabric Sync+ Inbox add-in uses OAuth2 for user authentication. We never have access to your Microsoft or Google passwords.
  • Without your explicit authorization, Repfabric Inbox app can not access your Exchange, Office365, or Google data.

Collected Information

  • User profile information (name, email address, time zone, etc.)
  • OAuth refresh tokens (encrypted)
  • If you authorize synchronization, we will read and write contacts and calendar events in our system to and from your corresponding email contacts and calendar provider.

The information we collect is not shared with or sold to other organizations, except under the following circumstances:

  • It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We will transfer the collected information if Repfabric LLC is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify all primary registered users prior to the transfer event when the service becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not collect any financial or billing information through the app.

  • Repfabric LLC does not rent, sell, trade or disclose your Personal Information to third parties without your consent.
  • Access to customer data by Repfabric LLC employees is limited based on the need to access such data (e.g. to resolve a customer support ticket).
  • When requested, we will destroy a user’s Repfabric account, removing all customer data associated with that account.

We perform regular internal vulnerability scans of our applications using accredited industry standard tools, including the BURP scan.
